Organoleptic characteristics
Bright straw-yellow colour : enhanced by a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals elegant notes of broom, mimosa, tangerine, pear and yellow peach. Also bread crust, ginger, cooking aromas and hints of minerals. On the palate, it stands out for its firm structure, the calibrated balance and a great taste-olfactory correspondence. It is also recognisable for its lively freshness and rigor in sapidity. Its persistence is long and the finish suggests notes of citrus and herbs.

We suggest serving Zero Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Brut as an aperitif or paired with oysters, crustaceans and bigoli with fish ragout.
