Organoleptic characteristics
Quintovino is an unusual blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Glera. It has an intense straw-yellow, almost golden, colour with a fine and elegant perlage. The nose is complex and strong, revealing notes of black currant, loquat, apricot and honey. It reveals its full bodied nature on the palate with a creamy foam. It is dry with a cool structure. It has a long finish with persistent fruity notes.

Pairing
We recommend serving Quintovino with home-made fettuccine topped with veal sauce.
