ON THE TABLE

Organoleptic characteristics
Its color is golden yellow. The nose is slightly fruity and aromatic. On the palate the sip is characterized by a fine and fruity acidity with lingering finish.

12-14°C.

Pairing
Ideal with fish and shellfish first courses and to accompany delicate cheeses. Recommended in combination with delicately spiced dishes.
